Hope you're all having a good week. I'm hitting a bit of a wall with my weight loss journey and could really use some advice. I've been stuck at a plateau for the past couple of months, even with consistent diet and workouts, and it's starting to get pretty frustrating.
I was doing some research online, and kept seeing a lot of buzz around this supplement called Mitolyn. The main idea seems to be about boosting your metabolism. I'm a bit skeptical of new supplements, especially with all the junk out there, but the science sounds a little more compelling than the usual "magic pill" claims. I don't want to waste my money, so I wanted to ask if any of you have had any personal experience with it? Has anyone tried it and seen actual results? Any side effects or things to watch out for?
