Quick question about Mitolyn? Anyone had luck with it?

Hey everyone,

Hope you're all having a good week. I'm hitting a bit of a wall with my weight loss journey and could really use some advice. I've been stuck at a plateau for the past couple of months, even with consistent diet and workouts, and it's starting to get pretty frustrating.

I was doing some research online, and kept seeing a lot of buzz around this supplement called Mitolyn. The main idea seems to be about boosting your metabolism. I'm a bit skeptical of new supplements, especially with all the junk out there, but the science sounds a little more compelling than the usual "magic pill" claims. I found this article that explains the science behind it a bit more

I don't want to waste my money, so I wanted to ask if any of you have had any personal experience with it? Has anyone tried it and seen actual results? Any side effects or things to watch out for?

Any input would be really appreciated. Thanks!

It may try to convince the reader that it is scientific, but it isn’t. A few science-y words, a reference or two to traditional medicine, some dressing up of simple stuff (vit C) & combining it with plants, a few biology buzz words. No, I’ve not taken it. No I never would. I’m old enough to remember a helluva lot of similar products & basically they don’t do what we want them to do.
So, if you want to spend some money & see what happens - fill your boots. But don’t have any false expectations.

NB If this mitochondrial healing happened then it would be a very useful drug for mitochondrial disease. Not come across it there yet!

No I haven't tried that but I have bought a fat metaboliser powder from Sealions, had good reviews so worth a try!
I don't exercise but I prioritise protein and count macros, reduce carbs and found drinking plenty of water keeps me losing 1lb a week average. My calories are very low but that's because I'm sedentary and doing it all through diet. Gone from bmi 32.4 to 24.2. From what I've read most of weight loss is through diet, but exercise is good for building muscle. I have a protein shake for breakfast to prevent muscle loss.

I've found that when I get stuck, bingeing out helps to restart my weightloss. I take a couple of days 'off' clean eating and up my calorie intake, eat a pizza, greasy chips icecream or whatever, and then get back on the wagon. You can still exercise obv.
